The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) is a group owned by the United States government. It is controlled by the United States Department of the Interior, and it works on water resources like dams and irrigation in the Western United States. The most important and known project operated be the USBR is the Hoover Dam. Founded in 1902, the bureau has over 5,400 employees and a yearly budget of 1.07 billion USD.[1]
