Udo Kier
Udo Kier (born Udo Kierspe; 14 October 1944 – 23 November 2025) was a German actor and voice actor. He had appeared in over 200 movies.[1] He was born in Cologne, Germany.[2]
Kier was known for his roles in Ron Camp in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994),[3] Curly in Barb Wire, Gitano Dragonetti the Vampire Elder in Blade, as a NASA flight psychologist in Armageddon,[4][5] and as Ralfi in the movie Johnny Mnemonic. His last role was in the 2025 movie The Secret Agent, where he played Hans.
Kier moved to Palm Springs, California in 1991.[6] He was openly gay.[7]
Kier died at a hospital in Rancho Mirage, California on 23 November 2025, at the age of 81.[8][9]
