Unit4
Unit4 is a company that makes software and provides services for businesses and organizations. They focus on areas like education, nonprofits, and public services.[1] Their software helps manage things like finances and talent. They have offices in many countries around the world.
History
The company started in 1980 and has gone through some changes over the years. In 1998, Unit4 was d listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.[2] In March 2014, Unit4 was acquired by international venture capital firm Advent International.[3] They recently released a new software called ERPx for mid-sized organizations. In 2021, they were bought by a private equity firm for over $2 billion.[4][5]
