(Redirected from United States Embassy in Tehran)
The Embassy of the United States of America in Tehran was the United States of America's diplomatic mission in the Imperial State of Iran. Diplomatic relations between the United States and Iran became intense following the Iranian Revolution in 1979, and the hostage crisis at the embassy in November 1979.[1][2]
