Uppingham is a town in Rutland, England about 6 miles from the county town of Rutland, Oakham. As of 2001, 3,781 people lived in Uppingham.

Built 1932 as a church hall, bought by Uppingham Parish Council in 1974 who renamed it Parish Hall, renamed again in 1980 to Town Hall when the parish council adopted the style Uppingham Town Council.
