History
The school was established in 1946. The Junior College was set up in 1987 with two academic departments.[1]
In 1997 an another department with two majors was set up.
At first, the junior college was called Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value)..[2] Later, it was renamed to its present name.
At the same time two departments were renamed. These accepted students until April 2005. They closed in March 2008.
