The Ventriloquist (Arnold Wesker) is a fictional Batman character who appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character uses an evil wooden ventriloquist puppet Scareface the Puppet that controls him to do his evil crimes. He was born into a powerful Gotham Mafia family until his parents were assassinated. He used the ventriloquist puppet to relieve his pain.

He was voiced by George Dzundza in Batman: The Animated Series.
