Vermont Route 279 (VT 279, also known as the Bennington Bypass), is a highway bypass of Bennington, Vermont. The highway is 6.716 miles (10.808 km) long. At the highway's west end, VT 279 continues into New York as New York State Route 915G (NY 915G), which goes to NY 7 in Hoosick, New York.
