Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties
The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties is a contract of treaties and international law. It also defines means of expression consent to be bound by a treaty including ratification. It was signed in the 1960s. It codified earlier customs that were there. 105 states signed the convention.
