Virginia Dare
Virginia Dare was the daughter of Ananias Dare, and the first English child born in the Americas. The Roanoke Colony and its colonists, including Virginia, disappeared sometime between 1587 and 1590. Her disappearance is unknown, but it is assumed that she was killed along with the rest of the colonists in homicide. Her body was never found.
