Wang Yupu

Wang Yupu (Chinese: 王玉普; 1956 – 8 December 2020)[1] was a Chinese businessman and politician. He was chairman of Sinopec, the world's second-biggest oil refiner.[2][3][4]

Wang was born in Xinmin, Liaoning. In September 2017, Wang was appointed as the Director of the State Administration of Work Safety.[5]

He was appointed as the first Minister of Emergency Management in March 2018.[6]

Wang died on 8 December 2020 at the age of 64.[7]
