Wayne Morse
Wayne Lyman Morse (October 20, 1900 – July 22, 1974) was an American politician. He was the United States senator of Oregon. He served as senator from 1945 to 1969. He was a member of the Democratic Party.
Morse ran for President of the United States in 1960, but lost the primary to John F. Kennedy.
Morse died in Portland, Oregon from kidney failure, aged 73.
