William Thomas Hart
William Thomas Hart (born February 4, 1929) is an American politician and lawyer. He was a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was made a judge in 1982 by President Ronald Reagan.[1] Hart was born in Joliet, Illinois.
