Winnipeg Rugby Football Club

The Winnipeg Rugby Football Club was a Canadian football team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They played in the Manitoba Rugby Football Union from 1892 to 1906.[1] The team was originally founded in 1879 and played in the Manitoba Rugby League. In 1892, the Manitoba Rugby League became the Manitoba Rugby Football Union.[2][3][4][5] The Winnipeg Rugby Football Club won 3 MRFU championships.
