Woody Durham
Woody Lombardi Durham (August 8, 1941 – March 7, 2018)[1][2] was an American play-by-play radio announcer. He announced for the North Carolina Tar Heels football and men’s basketball programs from 1971 to 2011. He was born in Mebane, North Carolina.
Durham died on March 7, 2018 from complications from primary progressive aphasia in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at the age of 76.[2]
