Xanadu is a 1980 American musical fantasy movie directed by Robert Greenwald and starring Olivia Newton-John, Gene Kelly, Michael Beck, Matt Lattanzi, Jo Ann Harris. It was distributed by Universal Pictures and was a box office failure.
