Afrosphinx is a genus of moths. It is in the family of Sphingidae. It only has one species, the Afrosphinx amabilis. It is from Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is usually seen in Brachystegia woodland.[2]
Its forewings are 30–32 mm. The males are red to orange brown speckled with brown.
