Acre, Israel
Acre (/ˈɑːkər/ or /ˈeɪkər/), known to locals as Akko (Hebrew: עַכּוֹ, ʻAkkō) or Akka (Arabic: عكّا, ʻAkkā), is a city in the Mediterranean coastal plain region of the Northern District of Israel. Its residents include Muslims, Jews and Arabs.
