Adélie Land
Adélie Land (French: [Terre Adélie] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is France's claim in Antarctica, It stretches from the Great Southern Ocean inland all the way to the South Pole. It was named after Adèle Dumont d'Urville,[3] the wife of French explorer Jules Dumont d'Urville.
