Adrian Peterson
Adrian Lewis Peterson (born March 21, 1985) is an American former professional football running back. He played fifteen seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans, and Seattle Seahawks.

He was the 7th person drafted in the 2007 NFL Draft.[2] He played college football at the University of Oklahoma.
Peterson last played professional football in 2021. He said that he would officially retire from football if he did not sign to a team in 2023.[3] He did not sign with a team but has not officially retired yet.

Peterson was awarded the 2003 Hall Trophy as the U.S. Army National Player of the Year.
