Alavieska
Alavieska is a municipality in Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. As of 31 December 2023, 2,435 people lived there. Neighbouring municipalities are Kalajoki, Merijärvi, Oulainen and Ylivieska.
It was founded in 1879.
One of the [main] rivers is Kalajoki river.[1]
