Northern Ostrobothnia, Pohjois-Pohjanmaa is a region in Finland. Regions around of Northern Ostrobothnia are Finnish Lapland, Kainuu, Northern Savonia, Central Finland and Central Ostrobothnia.
As of November 2013 there were over 400,000 people living there. It is one of the largest regions in Finland.
