Central Ostrobothnia is a region in western Finland. As of November 2013, almost 70,000 people lived there. Neighbouring regions are Ostrobothnia, Northern Ostrobothnia, Central Finland and Southern Ostrobothnia.

Central Ostrobothnia has 8 municipalities, two of those are cities (marked bold).

On blue field a palewise mallet of witch drum, on both sides of the handle six-spiked spur star; all silver.
On blue field with scattered golden cross fitchés a bendwise sinister positioned golden violin.
Or a tar barrel sable lying, with flames gules issuant from the taphole and each end.
