Annie Ross
Annabelle Allan Short[1] (25 July 1930 – 21 July 2020), known professionally as Annie Ross, was a British-American jazz singer-songwriter and actress. She was best known as a member of the jazz vocal trio Lambert, Hendricks & Ross. She also wrote the song "Twisted". An actress, she appeared in the movie Short Cuts. Ross was born in London.
Ross died on 21 July 2020 in New York City from problems caused by emphysema and heart disease, four days before her 90th birthday.[2]
