Aripiprazole

Aripiprazole tablets, also known as Aribit

Aripiprazole (also called Abilify and Aribit) is an antipsychotic medicine. It is used for treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism. It can also be used with other medicines to treat major depression.[1] The Food and Drug Administration of the United States approved it for use in November 2002.[1] The first approval was for the treatment of schizophrenia. Later approvals were for bipolar disorder and depression. Common side effects include increase of blood sugar, vomiting, nausea and dizziness.
