Divisions
- Arriva Kent & Sussex[1] operates in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. Buses go to Chequers bus station, Tenterden, Snodland, Tonbridge, High Brooms and Kings Hill.

- Arriva Kent Thameside operates two Fastrack services, The buses serve Route A from Dartford to Bluewater Shopping Centre, and Route B from Temple Hill to Gravesend.
- Arriva Medway Towns[3] operates in the Medway Towns and parts of Kent. Buses go to the Medway Towns, Bluewater shopping centre and Gravesend.
- Arriva Southend[4] operates in Essex. Buses go to Southend-On-Sea, Rochford and Hadleigh.
- Arriva Colchester operates in Colchester. Buses go to Greenstead, Monkwick and run a Park and Ride service.
Arriva Sapphire
Arriva Southern Counties operates two Sapphire routes in Kent, These buses have luxury seats, free WIFI, charging points (to charge a laptop or phone), display screens to show what stops are next and CCTV screens,
The buses serve route 101 from Gillingham to Maidstone [5][6] and routes 480 and 490 from Valley Drive to Dartford.[7][8] The buses used are Alexander Dennis Enviro400[5] and Wright StreetLite. The buses are painted light blue and dark blue.
