Avocado toast

Avocado toast is a type of open sandwich. It is toast with mashed avocado, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Many other ingredients may be used, such as poached eggs, salmon, strawberries, tomato, and feta. It is a dish popularised in Australia.
