Beirut Nights (Arabic: ليالي بيروت, Liali Beirut. also called: Lebanon Nights - Liali Lubnan) It is a dessert based on pudding and semolina, showing perfection in special events, family celebrations, holidays and business. the dessert used materials such as mastic and orange flower water.

The dessert consists of three layers:

1. First layer - semolina pudding
2. Second layer - sweet cream
3. Third layer - pistachios and syrup - it is customary to disperse the serving
