Bella Angara
Bellaflor "Bella" Javier Angara-Castillo (born September 14, 1939), simply known as Bella Angara, is a former member of the Philippine House of Representatives representing the lone district of Aurora.[1] She was governor of Aurora province three times from 2004 to 2013.
