Betül Kaçar
Betül Kacar (born 1983) is a Turkish-American astrobiologist. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin. She directs a NASA Astrobiology Research Center. She is known for her works about the origins of life.

Kacar was born in Istanbul.[1] She was the first woman in her family to receive formal education.[2]
