History
For a long time, it was thought that Bezliudivka was first mentioned in the 1680s. Some sources also stated a made-up founding year of 1660.[1]However, in 2024, a study was published showing a document from 1677 that mentions Bezliudivka, proving that the area was settling at that time. It was determined that the settlementwas founded between 1673 and 1677, and its name comes from the destruction caused by the 1668 uprising.[2]
On October 19, 1938, the village of Bezliudivka was moved to the category of city-type settlements.[3]
