Bhagirathi-Hooghly River

Hooghly River or the Bhagirathi-Hooghly is the distributary of the Ganges River in West Bengal. Hooghly River or the Bhagirathi-Hooghly is an approximately 260 kilometers long distributary of the Ganges River in West Bengal. The river divides from the Ganges as a canal in Murshidabad district at the Farakka Barrage.
