Bill Foster (politician)
George William Foster (born October 7, 1955) is an American businessman and politician. He is the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 11th congressional district, winning the seat in 2012.[1] He was the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 14th congressional district from 2008 to 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
