Biscay
Biscay (/ˈbɪskeɪ, ˈbɪski/;[1][2] Basque: [Bizkaia] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help) [bis̻kai.a]; Spanish: Vizcaya [biθˈkaʝa]) is a province of Spain, lying on the south shore of the bay with the same name. The name also refers to a historical territory of the Basque Country. Its capital city is Bilbao.
