Bob Monkhouse
Robert Alan Monkhouse OBE (1 June 1928 – 29 December 2003) was a British writer, actor, comedian and presenter. He was born in Beckenham, Kent. He wrote and presented on radio. He acted in films and wrote and acted on television. He was a game show host and stand-up comedian.[1] Some of his most famous game shows he presented include The Golden Shot, Celebrity Squares, Family Fortunes, Bob’s Full House and Wipeout.
Monkhouse died of prostate cancer in Bedford.
