Bubble Guppies is an American animated musical television series for kids. It was produced by Nickelodeon and created by Jonny Belt and Robert Scull.[1] The show was shown on Nickelodeon on January 24, 2011. It ran for six seasons until it was stopped on June 30, 2023. The show is made using 3D software.
Characters
- Molly - A bubbly human guppy girl. She is the host of the show (along with Gil) and Gil’s best friend.[2][3]
- Gil - A silly human guppy boy. He is the secondary host of the show (along with Molly) and Molly’s best friend.[2]
- Goby - A human guppy boy with an imaginative personality. He is also good friends with Gil.
- Deema - A human guppy girl with a wild imagination she sometimes plays a shopkeeper in the "store" scenes.
- Oona - A human guppy girl with a sweet personality.
- Nonny - A human guppy boy with an intelligent personality.[2]
- Mr. Grouper - A big orange goldfish and the guppies' teacher.
- Bubble Puppy - Gil's pet puppy and best friend.[2]
- Zooli - A human guppy girl introduced in season 5. She is an animal expert.
