Campinas
Campinas (IPA: kɐ̃ːˈpinɐs) is a Brazilian city in the state of São Paulo. In 2005, 1,045,706 people lived there. It is about 90 kilometres (56 miles) from the city of São Paulo. Campinas has an area of 795,697 square kilometres (307,220 square miles).
