Carbonic acid
Carbonic acid is a chemical compound. Its chemical formula is H2CO3. Carbonic acid is a weak acid. It forms two kinds of salts: the carbonates and the bicarbonates. In geology, carbonic acid causes limestone to dissolve, making calcium bicarbonate.[1]
