Carlos Mesa

Carlos Diego Mesa Gisbert (born August 12, 1953) is a Bolivian politician and journalist. He was President of Bolivia from 2003 to 2005. He was vice president of Bolivia from August 2002 to October 2003.[1] He unsuccessfully ran for president again in 2020.
