Charlie Silvera
Charles Anthony Ryan Silvera (October 13, 1924 – September 7, 2019) was an American Major League Baseball player and coach. He was part of six World Series championships with the New York Yankees. He played for the team between 1948 through 1956. He later played for the Chicago Cubs in 1957. He was a scout for the Atlanta Braves
Silvera was born in San Francisco, California. He died on September 7, 2019 in Millbrae, California at the age of 94.[1]
