Charybdis
Charybdis is a sea monster in Ancient Greek mythology. It was said that she was a daughter of Poseidon and that when she breathed in and out, the sea would rise and fall. She was also the sister of Scylla. When angry, she would turn into a whirlpool and suck in anything within half a mile.
