Chika Fujiwara (藤原 千花, Fujiwara Chika) , a fictional character in the manga series Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, is the student council secretary of Shuchiin Academy. She comes from a prestigious family of politicians and works closely with vice president Kaguya Shinomiya and president Miyuki Shirogane. Despite her innocent and cheerful attitude, she remains oblivious to the psychological "battles" between Kaguya and Miyuki as they try to make each other confess their love.
