Constitution of North Korea

The Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is the constitution of North Korea. It tells how the government should work and that the socialist Workers' Party of Korea is the only political party. The constitution has 166 articles which are in three sections. The first constitution was made in North Korea in 1948. The current constitution was made in 1972.
