Cuthbert Sebastian
Sir Cuthbert Montraville Sebastian, GCMG, OBE (22 October 1921 – 25 March 2017) was the former Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis.[1] He was appointed Governor-General in 1995 and was sworn in on 1 January 1996. While in office, he was the world's oldest de facto head of state.

His retirement was announced on 25 December 2012. He left office on 1 January 2013.
Sebastian died on 25 March 2017 in Basseterre from complications of pneumonia at the age of 95.[2]
