De la Rose

Yuberkis Gabriela Marie de la Rosa Bryan (born September 18, 2001, in Puerto Rico), known as De la Rose, is a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter.[1] She is known for her smooth and strong voice, and became popular for songs like ¿Qué vas hacer hoy? and WYA (remix red).[2]

She started her music career in 2019. A few years later, she became a popular collaborator in urban music. She appeared in hit songs like Kyoto and ¿Qué vas hacer hoy? by Omar Courtz, and worked with other artists like Quevedo, De la Ghetto, Luar la L, and Jay Wheeler. In 2023, she signed a music deal with Warner Music Latina.[3]

Musical career

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, De la Rose began her music journey in 2019 by making covers of songs by artists like Juice WRLD and XXXTentacion, and also became known in the freestyle scene. However, it was in 2021 that she released her first original song, called Harley. She later joined the music label House of Haze, which helped her career grow by letting her work with big names in urban music like Mora, Jay Wheeler, iZaak, Luar la L, and Omar Courtz.[3][4]

In 2023, De la Rose released the song Kyoto with Omar Courtz and Haze[5], which made it onto the music charts in Peru and Spain.[6][7] In May 2024, she took part in the remix WYA (remix red) with J Abdiel, Yan Block, iZaak, and Jay Wheeler, earning her first music certifications in Spain and the United States.[8][9] In September of that year, De la Rose signed with Warner Music Latina, and later worked again with Omar Courtz on the song ¿Qué vas hacer hoy? from his album Primera musa. This gave her more international recognition and chart success in other countries.[10][11][12]
