Thirty-second note
(Redirected from Demisemiquaver)
A thirty-second note (also called a demisemiquaver) is a note with a value of 1⁄32 of the duration of a whole note which is how it gets the name. It has 3 flags or beams.[1] A single thirty-second note is always stemmed with flags, while two or more are usually beamed in groups.[2] In the [math]\displaystyle{ \frac 4 4 }[/math] time signature it has a value of 1⁄8 of a beat.
