Donna Scheeder
Donna Wills Scheeder (November 8, 1947 – March 7, 2022) was an American librarian. She was president of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) from 2015 to 2017.[1][2] Scheeder was born in Buffalo, New York.
