Dubliner cheese

Kerrygold Dubliner cheese.

Dubliner is an Irish type of hard cheese made from pasteurized cow milk.[1] It is aged for a year or two and mostly made by Carbery in County Cork.[2] It is named after the city of Dublin.[1]

The cheese has a sharp and sweet flavour.[3]
