Edward of Westminster, Prince of Wales

(Redirected from Edward of Westminster)

Edward of Westminster, also known as Edward of Lancaster (13 October 1453 – 4 May 1471), was the only son of King Henry VI of England and Margaret of Anjou. He was killed when he was 17 at the Battle of Tewkesbury. He was likely the only heir apparent to the English throne to die in battle, but there is evidence that he was murdered afterward.
