Eleanor Catton

Eleanor Catton (born 24 September 1985) is a Canadian-New Zealand author. Her second novel, The Luminaries, won the 2013 Man Booker Prize. Catton was born in London, Ontario, Canada and she grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Literary works

Her first novel, The Rehearsal, was released in 2008. Catton is the youngest author to win the Man Booker Prize. The Luminaries is the longest book (832 pages) to win the prize.[1]
